Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and pack customer orders to ensure high service standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stowing, and organizing inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety procedures.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
