Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Prepare: Select and pack products efficiently to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
- Operate Equipment: Safely use material handling equipment (MHE) such as handheld scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks as required.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock levels within the fulfillment center.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damages and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly; ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Environment: Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (hot/cold).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and technology.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
