Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
