Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts, verify incoming shipments, and maintain inventory records.
- Packaging: Properly package, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and tidy to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Certification: Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly desirable.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
