Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to streamline warehouse operations and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software or RF scanners is advantageous.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
