Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify workflow improvements and increase efficiency.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming stock for damages or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to operate standard warehouse machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
