Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records using RF scanners.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
