Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Package and label products according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
