Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (certification preferred).
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for Immediate Start.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a positive work history.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
