Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move materials and products.
- Inbound/Outbound Operations: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists; load and unload outbound trucks with accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce shipping errors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to maintain a safe workplace for all employees.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or WMS software is a plus.
- License: Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain certification.
