Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock checks and audits.
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on best practices.
- Oversee loading, unloading, and shipping procedures.
- Coordinate with management to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
