Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Read and interpret pick tickets to accurately select, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
