Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure optimal workflow.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing orders for delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and package handling.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
