Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to meet strict deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and manage inbound/outbound logistics.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse machinery and report issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong ability to read labels, use handheld scanners, and communicate effectively with team leads.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
