Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts as required.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Stock Management: Sort, store, and retrieve merchandise efficiently within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to the Houston facility.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
