Responsibilities
- Execute the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise with precision and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery and material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Unload delivery trucks and inspect goods for damage or defects prior to processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
