Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels using modern WMS systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and fully compliant with all safety regulations.
- Package and label items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control standards are met.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and maintain high efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
