Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, pack, and label packages accurately for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform regular inventory counts and update stock records using warehouse management software.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
