Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to ensure inventory integrity.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
