Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper safety equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for eager learners.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
