Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment to ensure delivery integrity.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety rules and regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and simple arithmetic.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
