Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and RF equipment to track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and GHS regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
