Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure high safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld RF scanners.
- Unload and load trucks efficiently during the night shift operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning labels and reading tickets.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
