Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy skills in data entry and order processing.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
