Your Key Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers in Wichita and Virginia.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met during the picking and packing process.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak delivery times.
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
