Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company SOPs regarding quality control and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for night shifts (6:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
