Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from trucks, freight cars, and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory on shelves and racks to ensure efficient retrieval and storage.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and secure wrapping.
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by following all safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and track items accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy machinery.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for counting items and handling currency.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
