Responsibilities
- Inventory Operations: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by selecting items and preparing them for shipping.
- Equipment Usage: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and handheld scanners.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Perform basic quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid US ID or Social Security Card.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
