Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify and count incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and proper organization.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of stock movements and damaged goods.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
