Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas.
- Organize and inventory stock to ensure accurate tracking and availability.
- Package and prepare items for shipment using standard packaging methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Assist in quality control and reporting damaged or missing inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and handling cash handling tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
