Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by counting stock and updating records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify contents against packing lists.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely under supervision.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
