Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks in a safe manner.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Packing & Labeling: Package items securely for transport and apply proper labeling and documentation.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to Learn: Open mindset and eagerness to undergo forklift and safety certification training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to receive instructions clearly from supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; a valid driver’s license is a plus.
