Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and move products to designated storage areas.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and RF scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
