Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse inventory.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires. A willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and counting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and inventory counts.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Must be available to work scheduled shifts and pass a background check.
