Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization using scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Forklift Operation: Perform routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
