Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by following all OSHA guidelines.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available for shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
