Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and data entry.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Background: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
