Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipping to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and hand trucks safely after training.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a positive attitude.
