Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move stock and materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure efficient workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift certification is preferred; on-the-job training may be available for qualified candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
