Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times (OSHA compliance).
- Package and label goods for shipment, ensuring proper handling.
- Assist in inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
