Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as certified or trained.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Overtime Execution: Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet peak business demands.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and daily logs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Lifting Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Forklift Certification: Possession of a valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Safety Conscious: Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
