Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and stage materials with precision and speed to ensure timely distribution.
- Inventory Control: Accurately verify incoming stock against packing lists and perform cycle counts.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using standard warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clutter-free workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine checks and cleaning of warehouse machinery and tools.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners effectively.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
