Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions against customer orders to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and label packages for shipping, ensuring proper handling and weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to cross-train in other warehouse functions.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
