Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders according to pick tickets and packing slips with high accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all packing materials are used correctly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely as trained.
- Accurately scan and label items using warehouse management software.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment and quantity checks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
