Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Verify accuracy of products, quantities, and packaging materials before dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (comprehensive training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training and mentorship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for scanning and inventory counts.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
