Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise using handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Verify accuracy of orders against picking tickets to minimize errors.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the packing station is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Prepare packages for shipping and apply appropriate labels and documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quotas.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
