Responsibilities
- Select and Pull Items: Use RF scanners and handheld devices to accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack and Label: Securely pack items into boxes, ensuring they are protected during transit. Apply appropriate shipping labels and barcodes.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain a clean workspace and verify inventory counts to ensure discrepancies are minimized.
- Order Verification: Double-check orders against pick lists to ensure the correct items are being shipped.
- Equipment Maintenance: Report any issues with machinery or scanning equipment to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Reliability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
