Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of products to prevent damage.
- Organize inventory on shelves and pallets according to established labeling and safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and minimize returns.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
