Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using scanners and handheld devices with high accuracy.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and condition against work orders to ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling, sealing, and applying proper postage.
- Operate material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate RF scanners or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
