Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packaging to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided on-site).
- Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are up to date.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
